If you are a New patient <OR> you haven't been here in the Past Year then
Please select New Patient and choose either 30, 60, or Pregnancy. Then select "Book Appointment"
Otherwise choose "Existing Patient", Your desired Massage Type and Massage Length. Then select "Book Appointment".
After you book your appointment you will be sent to the "FAST" home page. Please select either the Existing Patient or New Patient Paperwork button. PLEASE arrive 10 Minutes early to complete additional Paperwork not created on this website. (Like making circles where it hurts).
Please note, existing patients still have a small amount of paperwork to fill out. After Booking you will be redirected to the "Fast" home page to start your paperwork.
